the hand training is good, but I would not say it is bone ...

the hand training is good, but I would not say it is bone crushing. The training does have a person work their hand muscles in a way that hand grippers do not. That being said , I do recommend this book.

Great book with a plenty of exercises

Great book with plenty of exercises. I have done a lot of research on isometrics and there are many exercises in here that I have never seen before. I have been doing these for a couple of months and I like the results I am getting. Just follow the advice of the author and take rest days during the week. Some of these exercises are brutal.
